It depends on the size and scope of your office. You receive a full roadmap with scope, budget and timeline within 7 business days of the site visit, and works start from week 3. For example, we renovated a 1,200 sqm corporate headquarters over four weekends with zero operational downtime.
We manage architecture, interior design, IT infrastructure, MEP, furniture, flooring, project management and installation in-house, under one fixed-price contract. You deal with one team and one project manager instead of a chain of subcontractors.
Fixed-price contracts, full stop. We price every item before signing, not as we go. If you don’t request a change, the price doesn’t change. Variation orders only happen if you add scope, and you approve each one before we proceed.
We supply premium European office furniture (executive desks, ergonomic task chairs, collaborative seating, reception, meeting room and breakout furniture) and four flooring options: carpet tiles, SPC flooring, parquet and hand-tufted carpets. Everything is supplied directly and installed by our own teams.
Yes. Our licensed engineers prepare DDA-compliant drawings, our MEP works are fully compliant with Dubai authority requirements, and authority clearance is part of our handover.
