After the site visit you receive a line-by-line fixed quotation. It’s the number you sign and the number you pay. The only way it changes is if you ask us to add something and you approve that in writing first.
A villa renovation typically takes 10 to 18 weeks, and a luxury villa 18 to 30 weeks. Apartments take around 6 to 10 weeks and a bathroom 2 to 3 weeks. Most of our projects are completed on or before the agreed schedule.
It depends on the scope of work. We discuss it honestly on the free site visit and plan the programme around how you want to live during the renovation. Our own supervised craftsmen are on site and you get photo updates every working day.
